Cameron specialises in developing and executing global market exclusivity strategies for cutting-edge biotechnology products, with a focus on biological therapeutics such as cell and gene therapies, precision medicines, CAR T-cells, antibodies, and mRNA therapeutics. His clients range from publicly listed companies to early-stage ventures and university commercialisation teams preparing for tech transfer.
He has extensive experience in the drafting and prosecution of international patent portfolios, due diligence, patent landscape analysis, and patent oppositions before the Australian and New Zealand Patent Offices.
Cameron’s expertise in structuring patent portfolios and developing IP strategy has supported successful capital raising and commercialisation efforts through mechanisms such as initial public offerings, venture debt and, partnering with International Pharma and Biotech companies.
