Sarah Dixon

Sarah's experience in trade marks and related commercial matters spans over a decade. She has extensive experience in the prosecution and enforcement of local and global trade mark portfolios, and a strong background in contentious matters including trade mark oppositions, removal actions and litigation. Sarah takes a pragmatic and commercial approach in assessing her client's needs, devising appropriate trade mark protection strategies and taking appropriate steps to ensure effective implementation and execution of these strategies.

Sarah represents a range of clients from sole traders to large multinational corporations and educational institutions. She takes pride in her responsiveness and ability to relate to clients and their needs. She has been endorsed in the WTR 1000 Trademark Prosecution and Strategy recommended list in 2023 and 2024.

Sarah is admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is recorded against the High Court register of practitioners. She also has a business degree majoring in marketing.
