Joining FB Rice in 2017, she has over 14 years of experience working in intellectual property. Diana advises local and overseas clients on the use and protection of trade marks, specialising in clearance searches, prosecution of applications and opposition proceedings in Australia and New Zealand. Diana also provides advice on trade mark infringement and domain name disputes.
