Rachel Hooke is a partner in our Sydney medical technology team and heads both the medical technology and China business teams.
As a qualified patent attorney, Rachel has over 20 years of experience advising her clients in all matters related to intellectual property. Rachel was recognised in the MIP Top 250 Women in IP Worldwide 2021. She has also been recognised as an IP Star for patent prosecution in Managing Intellectual Property from each year since 2018, and endorsed in the IAM Prosecution recommended list each year since 2019.
