Matt Adams is special counsel in our New Zealand | Aotearoa engineering team.
He has considerable experience in fields such as film special effects, cyber-physical systems, big data, unified communication, cloud computing, networking technology, business methods, fintech, robotics, and artificial intelligence (AI). "Matt was recognised on the IAM Global Leaders list for 2024–2025 and the IAM Prosecution Recommended list in 2024. He was also named an IP Star for patent prosecution in Managing Intellectual Property’s IP STARS 2023–2024 and featured in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in New Zealand.
