With vast experience managing extensive portfolios, Jenny acts for a broad range of clients including universities, hospitals, co-operative research centres and research institutes as well as corporates, ranging from start-up companies through to those appearing on the global stage. Jenny is a leading advocate for Australian technological sciences and is actively involved in many leading industry groups. She is often sought after to lead discussion on patent and intellectual property strategy topics. Jenny’s membership at Scale Angels supports early stage companies with advice and mentoring, connecting entrepreneurs to strategic partners and access to funding. Jenny also sits on the Expert Advisory Panel at Industry Mentoring Network in Stem (IMNIS), a mentoring program joining experienced industry individuals with PhD students to promote and advocate innovation in technological sciences and engineering.
Jenny has been recognised regularly in Intellectual Asset Management’s World’s Leading Patent Practitioners, this year being noted as the best on offer in biotechnology. It also noted:

Prior to her current role as of counsel, Jenny was a partner with FB Rice for 15 years, and now pursues external activities supporting the advancement of the biotechnology industry. She is also a Senior Fellow in the Melbourne Law Masters at Melbourne University.
