Beata specialises in matters relating to patents and designs in the electrical, electronics and software space, and has particular familiarity with computer architecture, artificial intelligence, fintech, and medical device technologies. During her time with the Firm, Beata has developed expertise spanning the lifecycle of IP rights, including providing patentability reports, freedom to operate advice, due diligence services and patent quality assessments.
